Anna Tuohey is a Project Officer on the Research Team. She supports Dr. Jessica Smith in managing the GIWPS research portfolio and implementing the WPS Centers of Excellence initiative. She also works closely with the Events and Policy & Programs Teams to promote collaboration across the Institute. Prior to joining GIWPS, Anna was Special Assistant to the Director of the White House Domestic Policy Council. She holds a B.A in International Security, Norms and Cooperation from the University of Michigan where she focused on Middle East Studies and International Human Rights.
