Haleema Hasan is a Research Fellow leading the Women, Peace and Security Index research at GIWPS. She has previously worked across multilateral organizations, think tanks, non-profits, and both the public and private sectors in the United States and Pakistan, focusing on gender equality, social policy, and peacebuilding with young people. She holds a BSc in Economics from the Lahore University of Management Sciences (LUMS) and a Master of Public Policy from Georgetown University, where she was a Merit Scholar and earned a graduate certificate in Gender, Peace and Security.
