In conjunction with the Director of Finance, Riya manages monthly financial reporting, budget tracking, resource allocation, and organizational forecasting, ensuring strong fiscal oversight across the Institute. She also leads end-to-end procurement processes, including requisitions, contracts, invoice tracking, and payment resolution, while developing and maintaining internal systems, databases, and process improvements to strengthen operational efficiency. Prior to joining GIWPS, she was the MERL Intern at Vital Voices Global Partnership. Riya holds a B.A. in Economics with a minor in Data Science from Gettysburg College and a Certificate in Data Analytics from Georgetown University.
