About the Resource Center

Breadcrumbs

The Georgetown Institute for Women, Peace and Security’s Resource Center is a collection of scholarship and policy documents from academics, think tanks, NGOs, and multilateral organizations on the field of women, peace and security (WPS).

The Resource Center is designed to be a tool for academics who seek WPS-specific scholarships, students who are interested in incorporating a WPS perspective, and practitioners and policymakers who require WPS-related resources.

The Resource Center is vetted and curated by the team at the Georgetown Institute for Women, Peace and Security.

Resources are categorized into categories and subcategories within a WPS-based framework. A full list of topics, subtopics, and definitions for each term is included here.

This process ensures the quality of entries as well as a clear process for finding and understanding the WPS field.

We hope that our Resource Center will be a place where you can find and share the most timely and relevant WPS research and connect with colleagues across our discipline. We welcome your feedback as well as your suggestions for additional entries
