Women and Peace: Feminist Visions of Global Security
Abstract
Developed from United Nations material, and intended as the core for a wider inquiry into the emerging topic of women and peace, especially in courses of women’s studies, peace studies, global issues, and the United Nations. The essays discuss negative and positive peace, women’s roles in the politics and conceptualization of peace, and women’s visions of peace.
