Research on Diversity, Equity and Inclusion in International Affairs

GIWPS is delivering research and analysis on a wide range of DEI-related topics for graduate schools of international affairs and public policy. The summaries examine DEI-related issues in curricula, in campus culture, and in enhancing the diversity of the school community. Through comprehensive surveys of academic literature and compilation of data and information, we have created resources academic leaders, scholars, and students can leverage to create and implement DEI strategies and plans. Specific pieces consider: countering bias in the classroom, diversifying faculty and staff, and incorporating attention to DEI in curricula.
