Colombia’s Paula Gaviria

Paula Gaviria is the Director of the Special Administrative Unit for Victims Care and Reparations in Colombia. Her work includes implementing public policy regarding victims of conflict on Colombia, and the inclusion of civil society actors in the creation of Colombian law on human rights.
