By defending her own child against war, against the atomic menace, and against misery and servitude, a mother also defends other people‚Äôs children… Every one of the women, clasping the baby against her heart, thought of her own child. Whether a baby is white, yellow or black it is the future of the world and the sweetness of life. The things that divide us are trifling compared to the things which unite us.
