Appalling reports of rape and sexual violence being perpetrated in Ukraine are emerging by the day. From Myanmar to Yemen to Tigray, conflict-related sexual violence (CRSV) rages on around the world with impunity. CRSV’s use as a tactic of war is widely recognized, yet global efforts have failed to hold perpetrators accountable.
