Natalia Karbowska is the Director of Strategic Development of the Ukrainian Women's Fund.

Natalia Karbowska is a strong advocate for women’s empowerment and gender equality, and she currently works as the Director on Strategic Development of the Ukrainian Women’s Fund (UWF). Prior to this, she served as UWF’s Chair of the Board for over seven years, where she increased fundraising and grantmaking efforts and built alliances with grassroots and national organizations. She has also previously worked as the Deputy Director of USAID’s Healthy Women of Ukraine Program, the Director of the Women’s Economic Empowerment Project at Winrock International, and the Women’s Program Director of the Open Society Institute in Ukraine. Currently, she also serves as a member of the gender advisory council of the Ministry of Social Policy of Ukraine and an advisor of the Global Fund for Women.
