This event launched the Women’s Learning Partnership’s new research anthology Feminist Advocacy, Family Law and Violence against Women: International Perspectives. Leading women’s rights advocates from around the globe discussed the status of discriminatory family laws and structures that perpetuate inequality and violence both in the home and in communities, as well as proposed effective strategies for reform.
