The International Council on Women’s Business Leadership convened for its spring meeting. Attendees included representatives from WeConnect International, the U.S. Department of State, Bank of America Foundation, the Cherie Blair Foundation for Women, and the Inter-American Development Bank, among others. The Bank of America Fellow on Women and the Economy Tricia Correia presented the findings of her research on women, millennials, and the future workplace. Angelica Fuentes Foundation Fellow Women’s Economic Empowerment Claire Charamnac presented her report on integrating violence prevention and women’s economic empowerment in Mexico. Working group discussions focused on access to capital, branding women’s role in the economy, leadership and technology.
