Understanding Different Measures of Intimate Partner Violence

Physical and/or sexual violence from an intimate partner affects almost one in three of all ever-partnered women globally. With support from Georgetown’s Gender and Justice initiative, this paper will analyze the differences between lifetime and current rates of intimate partner violence across a large and diverse country sample.
