In this interview, Elsa discusses her switch from the aviation industry to a social entrepreneur tackling gender-based violence in India through her company Red Dot Foundation and its SafeCity platform which collates location data on sexual assault. As an agent of women and survivors’ rights, Elsa talks about her own experience with sexism and gender-based violence and how she was inspired to act. She also discusses strategies for implementing social change through entrepreneurship and applying her knowledge from the aviation industry to her work.
