A Campaign Manual for Women Candidates in the Sierra Leone Local Government Elections
Abstract
This training manual provides guidance to candidates for local concillor or chairperson/mayoral roles in Sierra Leone. It explains the role that the National Democratic Institute (NDI) plays in such elections, gives an overview of local governments, provides campaign planning instructions, and guides candidates on how to best communicate their ideas and raise money for their campaigns.
