This report is the product of a series of roundtables across Canada that solicited the views of Afghan-Canadian women regarding the implementation of UN Security Council 1325 in Afghanistan. It provides direct quotes from those participants about their own experiences, as well as a collection of recommendations to successfully achieve that implementation, based on concerns surrounding physical and personal security, justice and accountability, health, education, religion, and political participation.
