Women in Diplomacy: Seminar Proceedings
Summary
This report is an outcome of the Conference on Women and Diplomacy, which convened numerous high-level officials from across Europe to discuss the role and advancement of female diplomats. It focuses on how women can often hold different perspectives on conflict, arguing that the have a natural tendency toward consensus that can play a significant role in the negotiation of peace. Furthmore, the report outlines strategies for improving the status of current and future female diplomatics, such as further cultivating training courses for such diplomats interested in mediating conflicts.
